Summary
A partial leaf from a 14th-century monastic Noted Breviary containing a text and chants and for the Feast of St Willibrord, Bishop of Utrecht (7 November). It was likely repurposed as a cover for one side of the binding of its host volume, from which it is now detached.
A sister leaf likely covered the other side of the host volume: Frauenfeld, Kantonsbibliothek Thurgau, FRG 200.
-
Additional leaves from this manuscript were used to cover other incunabula in the collection of the Kartause Ittingen and remain in situ: Frauenfeld, Kantonsbibliothek Thurgau, X 637 and Frauenfeld, Kantonsbibliothek Thurgau, X 809.
