Summary
The surviving commentary addresses various specific questions of canon law: the immoral conduct of clerics, the prohibition against disclosing a theft confessed in confession, and the obligation to return goods that have come into the possession of others as a result of shipwreck or natural disaster.
The same host volume also contains two further fragments from an 11th-century Breviarium notatum (Fragments A and B).
