Summary:
Medical text based on Celsus' De medicina with additions from Isaak ben Salomon Israeli's Viaticum and further recipes. Fragm. lat. 134b was the upper half, 134c the lower half of one bifolium, while Fragm. lat. 134a was the upper half and Fragm. lat. 31 the lower half of another bifolium. These two bifolia were in the middle of a quire, so that the bifolium with Fragm. lat. 134b und 134c was the inner one.
