Both recto and verso are written in a large gothic rotunda hand, with chant on a red 4-line staff. Text and notes on the recto are in burnished gold, the verso in black with an initial letter "E" in blue and red. A single leaf containing antiphons for the feast of Corpus Christi. Antiphon "O quam suavis" (Cantus Index 203554) (acephalous), beginning with the words "de celo prestito" (recto) -- antiphon "Ego sum panis vivus" (CAO 2595) breaking off with the words "ex hoc pa-" (verso).
