Summary
A bifolium containing part of Francis of Marchia OFM's Improbatio, a reply to John XXII's Quia vir reprobus. This fragment contains text corresponding to pp. 430-449 (f. 35) and 447-492 (f. 36) of Mariani's edition. It comes from the same original manuscript as Città del Vaticano, B.A.V., Vat. lat. 14812, ff. 37-48 (first sextern), and BnF Latin 4246(second sextern), and attests that the final gathering was most likely a quintern.
