Summary
A leaf from a noted Breviary featuring three responsorial chants from the Matins of Christmas: Orietur in diebus domini abundantia; Veritas de terra orta; and O magnum mysterium. All three are in the vocal range of the typical male adult (four staves with C clef at top). A custos indicating the first note of the next line ends each stave. Apparatus and staves in red ink; two decorated initials in red and black ink. The "h" in the word "habundancia" (on recto) is blotted out by brown ink, possibly a correction for pronunciation.
