General Information
A leaf from a noted Breviary featuring three responsorial chants from the Matins of Christmas.
Current Condition
Book Decoration and Musical Notation
Apparatus and staves in red ink; two decorated initials in red and black ink.
Square notation on four-line staves. All three chants are in the vocal range of the typical male adult (four staves with C clef at top). A custos indicating the first note of the next line ends each stave.
