A single leaf containing Ps 109 (Dixit Dominus) with part musical notation, rubricated "In dominicis diebus ad vesperas tempore paschali a."
Mounted to 72 x 56 cm.
On the recto, the Psalm has a historiated initial "D" with God speaking, within a full-page foliate border.
The text is written in a gothic rotunda hand, the initial and borders drawn in tempera and colored inks with gold leaf. Music is on a red 4-line staff.
Probably north Italian.
The folio-number 99 in a later hand is at the bottom of the leaf.
