Summary
Two rare partial leaves from an 8th-century manuscript of Gregory the Great's Moralia in Iob written in Alemannic minuscule, containing sections from Book 6, chapters 16 and 18. Repurposed as a cover for the incunabulum X 347, an edition of Guido de Monte Rocherii's Manipulus curatorum from 1493.
A sister leaf is used as a cover for another printed book in the collection: Frauenfeld, Kantonsbibliothek Thurgau, X 42.
