The fragmentary folios contain liturgical texts for Matins and Vesper services of Wednesday of the second week of Lent. They are currently parchment flyleaves in a 14th- or 15th-century paper codex, bound upside-down.
The order of the text of the frag. : The text begins at f. [B]v. It continues from f. [B]vb to f. [B]ra and then, from [B]rb to f. [A]va. Lastly, from f. [A]vb to f. [A]ra. It ends at f. [A]rb.
