The text is written in a rather careful minuscule script, with some decorated initials placed in to the left of the body of the text, with numerous misspellings.

The dimensions of the host volume are 220 x 145 mm. The fragment is positioned at the beginning of it, probably as part of the binding, and has been cropped to the same dimensions as the host volume.

        Inc. of the frag. (f. [B]v), matins text : ἁγίου Ἰσραὴλ (com.) παρώξυ [-ρό (scr.)] | ναν + Καὶ ἐθυ | µώθη ὀργῇ (om.) Κύριος (com.) Σαβαὼθ | [ὀργῇ (add.)] ἐπὶ τὸν λαὸν | αὐτοῦ, καὶ ἐπέβα | λε [-λεν (scr.)] τὴν χεῖρα [xῆρα (scr.)] αὐ | τοῦ ἐπ' αὐτούς [σ (scr.)],  καὶ | ἐπάταξεν αὐ | τούς [-τοῦσ (scr.)] + καὶ παρω [-ρο (scr.)] | ξύνθη [ἐπι (add.)] τὰ ὄρη [τα όρη (scr.)]

        On the same folio, after the end of matins text, we read the beginning of vespers text ([B]vb, l. 4) of the same day. The text of vespers for Wednesday of the second week of Lent is laid out in sequence on the next folio (f. [A]).
