A single leaf containing of part of the Acta of St. Blaise (Blasius; Acta Sanctorum 3 Feb. 352D-353D). Written in a large round, probably Italian, minuscule book hand in black ink in 2 columns, 39 lines per column; written area 32 x 19 cm. The folio number (?) clix is written in a later hand on the recto in the outer margin. The first complete sentence on the recto begins "Ad petrum tua dextera levans statuit super undas."
