Written in an Italian carolingian minuscule hand in black ink apparently in long lines (22 mm. apart), with red rubrics and large initial letters. Neumes are written in black on five ruled but uninked lines between each line of text.
The leaf is cut down to 31 x 21 cm. with loss of text at the bottom and gutter.
