Fragment of a notated breviary reused as the cover of voice X of Michael Praetorius's work of polyphonic music Polyhymnia Caduceatrix Panegyrica (Wolfenbüttel, 1619). The fragment contains the readings for the feasts Exaltatio Crucis (September 14) and Saint Matthew (September 21).
