A bifolium containing elements from a pontificale. On the visible part of the verso (left leaf) can be seen text very similar to the text introduced by ordo vel denuntiatio scrutinii ad electos quod tertia
ebdomada in quadragesima, secunda feria, initiatur, in C. Vogel, Le pontificale romano-germanique du dixième siècle Città del Vaticano 1963, p. 25, n. 87a. Òn the recto (right leaf) appears a preface with a two-line vere dignum monogram.  A possessor's note on the title of the host volume places it in Rheinau Abbey.
