Summary
Provenance: The Library acquired the fragment in 1966 from the estate of Sydney photographer and avid bibliophile Colin B. Berckelman. It can be traced to a partially dismembered and imperfect parent manuscript (164 leaves, several mutilated) in Sotheby's Western and Oriental Manuscripts and Miniatures sale on 6 July 1964 (lot. 246). The buyer was English bookseller Alan G. Thomas.
