Liturgical fragment, probably from an antiphoner, with square notation, containing chants for the feast of St Andrew the apostle (30 November). It is in situ as the binding of an early modern printed book from Fyens Stiftsbibliotek (the diocesan library of Funen), now at the University Library of Southern Denmark. 

Host volume: Eusebii Cæsariensis Episcopi Chronicon, Paris 1518, printed by Henricus Stephanus. Initials S V L A stamped onto the front cover.
