Summary
A single leaf containing the introit, gradual, and offertory for the first Sunday of Advent.
Written in a carolingian minuscule with gothic characteristics, in brownish ink, with the chant in early horseshoe-nail neumes on a red 4-line staff. On the recto is a 6-line initial A with vine-leaf decoration in burnished gold and blue. Probably German.
