Summary
The fragments are two part of one single leaf. Both were used as pastedowns, folded also around the first and last quire - narrow strips visible between ff. 15/16 and 184/185 respectively. Later the pastedowns were detached from the boards and foliated as flyleaves f. I and f. I*.
