Summary

Notated missal fragment containing parts of the masses for the apostles St John the Baptist (23 June) and Peter and Paul (29 June). The fragment was used to cover the boards of a half-leather binding for a copy of Francois Hotmans Iuris consulti nostro hoc seculo clarissimi (Basel 1558).
