...tuis in die sancto penthecostes.../...ignis inflammatus, Septiformis gratia karis... Recto: there are penciled notes on the top left corner that read "AF 45" and on the top right corner that reads "208". Imagine depicting a field surrounded by 3
trees, where the angel Gabriel is approaching the Virgin Mary in her blue dress. Verso: Gabriel is handing Mary a branch, stick, or something of the like. The blue skirt/dress that the Mary is wearing has gold flecks and details on the bottom. Dismembered in the 1980s. This leaf currently belongs to Emory University Special Collections in Atlanta, GA, under the name Historiated Page Border.
