The extant text consists of Capitulum X, De nominibus feminis, lines 301 – 305 and Capitulum XI, De nominibus neutris, lines 1-34 and lines 106-150. There is a lacuna between leaves 3 and 4 of De nominibus neutris, lines 35-105. Based on the missing text (based on an estimate of approximately 7 lines of text per leaf, excluding commentary), there are perhaps 10 leaves missing, i.e., a lacuna of 5 bifolia.
