One 2-line initial in gold with brown highlights on blue ground; four versal capitals alternately blue or gold, with pen flourishing in red or black extending into the margins. Line fillers consist of alternating blue and brown bars embellished with fronds in gold.

Content Description
The text of the single leaf comprises the closing verses of Psalm 66:6-8 followed by the opening verses of the prayer of Ezekias (Isaiah 38:10-12), part of lauds in the Office of the Dead.
History
This leaf was acquired for the Alfred and Isabel Reed Collection at the Dunedin Public Library from the bookseller Alan G. Thomas, Catalogue 16 (1965), no. 12b, using funds bequeathed by Alfred H. Reed (1875–1975). Thomas had acquired the imperfect parent manuscript (164 leaves, several mutilated) at the Sotheby & Co. sale Western and Oriental Manuscripts and Miniatures, 6 July 1964 (lot 246) for £280.
