English Caroline minuscule.
Original Condition
Current Condition
The outer edge of the leaf is severely damaged and brittle, with loss of text. Cause of the damage is unknown. Two of the green initials, an 'I' and an 'O', remain only in outline, possibly due to damage caused by iron gall ink.
The fragment is kept in a double-sided glass frame, which does not obscure any of the leaf's contents.
Book Decoration and Musical Notation
One- to five-line initials in alternating plain blue, green and red. Rubrics in red.

Content Description
Includes parts of Feria 4 and 5 of the Post Reminiscere, the Gospel of Matthew, and the Liber Sacramentorum.
History
It is noted in University of Leeds legacy records that this leaf is removed from University of Leeds Libraries, Special Collections, Ripon Cathedral Library XVII.J.10/Q. This seems unlikely, however, given the size of the fragment and the supposed host volume.
