Incipit/explicit: ...luit sic vilificatus./Domine Iesu Christe fili dei vivi pone passionem... Evidence of later use: uneven edge where leaf was cut out of binding, discoloration from tape along straight edge, "119" in pencil written on the top right and bottom left corners of recto, ink smudge on verso possibly due to water damage.
