Excerpt with sequences for Marian feasts and St Nicholas.
The three bifolia originate from two consecutive quires of the former manuscript. KH 1168 belonged to the first quire; after a gap of probably three lost leaves, the second quire followed, whose two innermost bifolia are formed by KH 5767 and KH 1167. KH 1167 forms the centre of the quire and is immediately enclosed by KH 5767.
The three host volumes—three printed books from the second half of the 17th century—belonged to Weingarten Abbey and its dependent priory of Hofen.
