Cut bifolium of a late medieval liturgical book containing, some of which are antiphons, verses, and responsories. It was probably an antiphoner due to the full musical notation and large size of the original manuscript, in situ as the covers of a copy of Ole Worms' Museum Wormianum (Leiden, 1655).
The host volume originally belonged to the Piarist college in Ostrov nad Ohří (Schlackenwerth in German), Czechia. After the college was disbanded, it eventually entered the University Library of Southern Denmark via the private collection of Statskonsulent K. Hansen (1858-1941).
