Reconstruction Summary

Two consecutive leaves from an Anglo-Saxon Benedictional containing the first to third Sundays after the octave of Easter (see Ker, pp. 840-1). Lay-out in a single column of 16 long lines in a rather large type of Caroline minuscule, not dissimilar from that in the Benedictional of St Æthelwold (BL, Add. MS 49598).

Two-line initials and rubrics in red ink.
