Summary
Two leaves from an illuminated liturgical book used to wrap boards for a 14th c. ms of De proprietatibus rerum. Title of work appears within a decorative wreath on the front board, drawn in pen and ink. Text in red and brown written in two columns with decorated initials or miniatures. The script on the outside has worn off, but some of the writing on the inside (that is, the side facing the boards) is visible in the photographs, containing passages from Luke 7 (front cover) and John 8 (back cover).
