Summary

"...ab occultis meis mu[n]da me d[omi]ne et ab alienis..."/"Innocens manib[us] et mundo corde qui no[n]..." (Hours of the Virgin, Matins). Unknown if this manuscript was dismembered by Otto and Louise Ege or acquired by the Eges already broken up.  Written in pencil on the bottom left of the verso is "#16" the meaning of which is unknown. Leaves became no. 36 in the "Fifty Original Leaves of Medieval Manuscripts" portfolios. This leaf is part of Set no. 1, which was acquired by the Houghton Library at Harvard University in January 2021. This leaf is from a different manuscript than the other no. 36 leaves in Ege's portfolios, but matches the no. 36 leaf in the portfolio (Set no. 3) at the Beinecke Library, Yale University. This leaf, and the leaf at Yale University, likely belong to the manuscript listed as no. 239 in Gwara's Handlist. Maggie Erwin.
