Recto bears historiated initial "H" depicting a bishop accompanied by acolytes introducing the order for the induction of a bishop into a church. Verso contains a litany of saints, beginning with Saint Bartholomew and ending with Saint Mary Magdalene.

Leaf of a pontifical, double columns, 30 lines, written in black ink in a gothic liturgical hand, headings and rubrications in red, numerous small initials and line-endings in gold or silver on backgrounds of red or blue. Produced in Rennes, 2nd quarter of the 15th century.
