This fragment is one of eight known fragmentary witnesses of the Middle Dutch strophic poem Wapene Martijn (also known as the Martijn Trilogy) by the Flemish poet Jacob van Maerlant. A dataset containing transcriptions of all eighteen witnesses was recently published:
