Script, Hands
Copied by a single hand in Protogothic script from the second half of the twelfth century. Despite lateral compression, letterforms remain well-spaced. Short ascenders and descenders. Head of a almost closed. Only straight-backed d used. Tail of g is closed with an oblique hairline. High s stands on the baseline and is footed, like all minims and the descender in p. No evidence of biting. Horizontal bar in t ends in an oblique finishing stroke downwards. Both punctus simplex and punctus versus used.
