This is the innermost bifolium of the original quire. 

The fragment is in good condition, with light staining which does not affect legibility. 

The wholde written area has been preserved on the front cover (p. xxxxvii).

    Provenance

    The first expressed owner of the host book was a certain "Weigel" ("Constat ??? Weigel 1 fl. 4 gr.", front pastedown, s. XVIII).

    It was later purchased by Timotei Cipariu (1805-1887), Romanian scholar and Greek-Catholic priest (stamp, title page), and subsequently entered the Central Archdiocesan Library of Blaj (inv. nr. 7793, stam, front flyleaf). It was transferred to Cluj after 1948.
