The number VII, referring to the chapter book, can be read with some difficulty on the upper margin, in the center of the folio's recto, trimmed and very faded also on the verso.

The bifolium underwent restoration in the 1980s, when the archive was under the supervision of Monsignor Ercole Agnoletti. Flyleaf was detached from the host volume, stretched, lower right corner integrated with Japanese paper.
