The leaves have darkened and at some places the text and music notes are heavily faded. Especially fol. [2]v is subject to severe wear.

Plain initials (red, blue), versals (red, blue), cadels (mostly colour-stroked), colour stroking (red)
- Hufnagel notation, 12 staves of four lines (lowest line in red ink, the others in brownish ink)
- Later addition of staff notation on fol. 2v (possibly s. XVII)
