The fragment is probably a remnant of the same manuscript as Antwerp, Rijksarchief te Antwerpen, Verzameling Losse Aanwinsten, nr. 15.2.
Original Condition
The lower margin has been (almost completely) omitted due to the cutting of the parchment.
