    Remarks

The leaves were used as covers for registers of the churchwardens of an otherwise unidentified parish church as can be seen from the added notes. On fol. 176 we can read: 'Rekeninghe vanden Nieuwe Fabricke de anno 1641 / Fabrycke 1644 / Pro Receptore' (fol. 176r) and 'Nostra fabrica, de ann. 1538, 70, 71, 71, 72, 75, 76, 77, 78, 86, 87, 89, 90, 91 tot ende met 1610, 12, 13, et 1616 tot ende met 1644' (fol. 176v). On fol. 139r we can see the note: 'Fabrica 1645 Pro Receptore', continuing where the previous volume left off, while fol. 216r has the note: 'Pro Receptore 1646'.
