The bifolium underwent restoration in the 1980's, when the archive was under the supervision of Monsignor Ercole Agnoletti. The parchment wrapper was detached from the host volume, stretched, gaps and tears integrated with Japanese paper.

Rubricated istructions to the celebrant, initials alternating in red and blue (2-lines).The blue ink initials are washed away and very faded.

The host volume, containing acts of baptism from Sestino in the Sansepolcro diocese, was detached in the past and collected with others. As of today it has not been found.
