Origin

Italy (script). 

Provenance

The host volume was printed in Rome. One of its earliest owners drew his coat of arms accompanied by the letters "GAP" on the binding. Another early owner was a certain Blasius Romulus ("Blasii Romuli", sub rasura).

In 1701, the host volume belonged to the Jesuit college of Cluj-Mănăștur: “Domus Monostoriensis Societatis Jesu 1701” (f. 1r).

It subsequently belonged to the Catholic High School: “Bibliotheca Regii Lyc. Claudiopolitani 1831” and stamp: “Róm(ai) Kath(ólikus) Líceumi Könyvtár – Kolozsvártt” (f. 1r).
