History
Provenance
The original manuscript was cut into fragments by 1581 at the latest, as the fragments contain several vertically-added annotations referring to years in the 1580s ('Anno 1585', fol. [3]v; 'Anno 81', fol. [6]r).
Fragment was part of collection kept by Jozef-Maria De Smet (1916-1996). The fragment was acquired by Leuven University Library after De Smet's death in 1996.

Remarks
The fragments were probaly used as wrappers for documents. Fol. [3]v contains a note across the text, which was added in 1585 by a later owner ('Anno 1585'). Fol [4]r contains another later-added annotation, which is difficult to read. The left margin of f. [5]v has an early 16th-century addition in Dutch that is difficult to read ('[...]sgersche [...] in dieser van [...] gekregen'). The left margin of f. [6]v also has a note, possibly added in 1581 ('Anno 81').
