The fragment preserves a sequence of chants from the Officium Sanctae Caeciliae, including responsories, verses, and antiphons. Texts narrate episodes from Cecilia’s legend (angelic apparition, Valerian’s conversion, Cecilia’s virginity). Rubricated instructions and psalm cues (often unnotated) indicate its function as part of a choirbook for the Office, likely an antiphoner.
