The text of the outer bifolium has largely worn off. Paper pastedowns were pasted to the inner part of the bifolium, making the text difficult to read.

Several things were added to the bifolium once it served as a register: leather straps on both outer margins, leather plates (bound with leather straps) on the spine, and the inscription 'N 336' on the front cover.
