Fol. [1]v and [2]v are not very legible because these sides were glued against the spine. There are holes in the parchment where the raised bands were. There are fragments of thread possibly used to sew on the head bands.

Provenance

The fragments were part of the collection of Jozef-Maria De Smet until his death in 1996. They were acquired by KU Leuven Bibliotheken in August 2008, together with fragm. Ms. 20 and Ms. 1504-1508.
