Original Condition
Despite the fragment not being foliated, it is known that this leaf was folio 130 of the original manuscript.
Current Condition
Fragment is a detached leaf from from an otherwise preserved manuscript (Leuven, Archief van de Abdij van Park, ID3.24). Similarlly, Leuven, Archief van de Abdij van Park, IIB3h.1c/1 (F-uuc0) is a fragment from the same manuscript.

Gilded historiated parted initial, depicting Christ appearing during Mass (fol. [1]v); full ornamental penwork border (fol. [1]v); alternately red and blue plain versals (fol. [1]v); red rubricated red colour stroking.

Both prayers are defective, as only the final prayer for the Dead can be found in the fragment (all four prayers could be found on fol. 127r-130r of the original manuscript), while the prayer to the Arma Christi continued on the following page (fol. 131).
