The legible names in the charter: pater Ortlieb, Innocentius episcopus; Augsburg (per civitatem et diocesem Augustanam). On the other side, the text is undecipherable. On the middle of side two, names are written in bastarda script: Thomas Dilher, Bautista Mantuanus.
