Book Decoration and Musical Notation

Description

Plain red initials with guide letters. Rubrics in red. The capital letters at the start of each line are written in a separate column that is separated from the rest of the text by a red vertical line.

Provenance

Given to Ferdinand Snellaert by Henry vander Schelden on 9 September  1865. It entered the collection of Ghent University Library after Snellaert's death in 1872.
