Description
Scrolling acanthus and flowers in gold and colors in outer margins (full border at the beginning of major selections); One-to-two line initial gold leaf alternating blue with red and vice versa; line fillers in red and blue with gold accents. One extant miniature.

Book of Hours, likely Use of Paris (suggested by the inclusion of a suffrage for St. Denis and the ancillary texts).
Provenance
Dismembered by Otto and Louise Ege in the mid-twentieth century. Many leaves used as no. 50 in the "Fifty Original Leaves from Medieval Manuscripts" portfolio.
