The leaf is nowadays kept in the manuscript but it may not have been associated with that volume until the 19th century, when both items were acquired by Stanislas Joris. If the loose leaf had a different provenance, Joris may simply have decided to keep it between the leaves of the bound codex for safe-keeping.
