Most of the upper margin of the bifolium has been trimmed away. The inner side of the bifolium contain paper pastedowns, making part of the text difficult to read.

Fragment contains several later-added inscriptions, mostly of years and shelfmarks, which are all related to its later purpose as a document cover.

    This fragment was used as a wrapper (limp cover, with flap). The volume also contains another fragment in its binding (F-ry6v on Fragmentarium). This fragment contains a secular song in Middle Dutch, and resides underneath this particular fragment.
